I brought my 2014 XFR to the shop because I was interested in having my supercharger upgraded and maintenance was required. I noticed there weren't too many options here in the bay area. After doing some research I decided to go with this shop for the service since they were a very reputable company that has worked extensively on various European manufacturers...
I took my newly acquired Jaguar XJL to Nick, based on the great reviews here and I was not disappointed. Nick was friendly and provided excellent service from the moment I dropped the car off to when I pick up the car. Nick and his crew are great! My first visit and i was not disappointed! The local jaguar dealer kept my car for a week for a simple service and over a week for a simple parts replacement. It was so bad i was considering getting rid of my jag. But Nick and his crew give prompt and extremely courteous service with authentic jaguar parts.
There aren’t enough accolades. Nick and Juan both are attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I have been bringing my car(s) here for a long time. They know cars. Their customer service is above and beyond. I know I am paying a fair price for any work being done. More importantly, I know I am driving a well maintained and safe car.
